A more supportive home
starts with feeling understood.

Hi! I’m Jess.

I created The Home Sanctuary Studio to help you feel at home in the life you’re creating.

Before founding the studio, I spent more than a decade in talent acquisition and executive recruiting leadership. At its heart, my work was always about people: listening closely, understanding needs that weren’t always easy to articulate, bringing clarity to complexity, and guiding important decisions with care.

Over time, I realized those same instincts were also at the center of what I loved doing in homes. Through motherhood, major life transitions, and the process of creating a sanctuary for my own family, I began to understand just how deeply our surroundings affect us. A room can quietly add to the noise—or help us exhale.

The Home Sanctuary Studio brings together my eye for beauty, my love of order, my experience building thoughtful systems, and my ability to see both the person and the bigger picture.

Now, I help create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful—spaces that reflect who you are, support the way you actually live, and make room for what matters.

You don’t have to do this alone—and you may not have to start from scratch. I would love to help you see what’s possible.

THE HOME SANCTUARY APPROACH

The person comes before the room.

Personal, not prescriptive.

We start with your story, your rhythms, and your priorities. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Only what’s right for you.

Beautiful and useful.

Style and function work together. Your home can look beautiful, be easy to “reset”, and support the way you live every day.

Calm, clear collaboration.

I guide the process with care and clarity, so you feel informed, supported and never overwhelmed.

A LITTLE MORE PERSONALLY

Home is where
I practice this, too.

I live in Anthem, Arizona with my two beautiful daughters - in a home that has become both our refuge and the place where I live these ideas every day.

I’m happiest when I’m reworking a room until it finally clicks, experimenting with texture and sculptural form, or noticing the one small shift that changes how an entire space feels.

But what matters most to me is the person living inside the room. I want you to feel genuinely at ease in your home - not only when the work is finished, but throughout the process of getting there.
